Positive: We liked everything about the Casa, Tricarico & especially Sandro. First the house is beautifully restored…and FULLY supplied with everything you could possibly need. We were welcomed with many nice things in the fridge & cupboard…thank you Sandro. The bed is very comfortable. The washing machine is easy to operate. Having two bathrooms is a great bonus. The balcony off the main room is perfect for anytime of day. The view & fresh air from the main bedroom window was perfect. Free parking close by (2 min walk) was convenient & no need to be worried about any type of problem…Tricarico is SAFE. Tricarico was a great & unexpected surprise! An ancient hilltop town…who could ask for more? Wandering through the tiny streets, with a photo-op at every corner, will keep you enthralled. We were extremely fortunate & so very appreciative of the walk we took with Sandro. He explained so many things about his beautiful village…thank you so much. That brings me to Sandro. What can I say? Sandro is like your favourite cousin…warm, welcoming & always ready with suggestions & support. He does have a day job but answers your inquiries ASAP. You could not ask for a better ambassador for a community…or landlord. He’s pretty special so be good to him. Seriously, if we could 10 stars we would!!

Positive: This property, and its owner, Sandro, were topnotch! The unit was very clean, comfortable and had all the modern conveniences in an historic building. The location was a short walk from the piazza, and Sandro always made sure we had a parking spot. There was lots of bottled water, cookies and other food available for us in the unit. Sandro was always readily available to communicate with, was so friendly and kind, and gave us lots of information on things to see in the area and the best places to eat. The value of this rental was worth more than it cost us. We so enjoyed our stay at A Casa di Sandro, and would highly recommend it to others.

Positive: Everything was perfect , You can find inside all yours need, very good equipment with expensive material , very calme, we was stay in 5 different places and different apparts, this one was the best . Top for price, location and service with owner. Tricarico really need be more to know. We make big trip for discovery this region, we are visiting 14 different villages and city , Tricarico must have! For come back absolutely later! and in the same appart ! We can give 15 from 10
